Tantrum, Charcoal on Paper
I am not aware of many parents who take a photo of their child during the height of a temper tantrum, but I am glad this one did. The child's Grandmother asked me to draw this picture because it was her favorite. I love it because it captures the essence of the fallen human condition. We don't lose the tendency to be self-centered as we grow older; we only get more sophisicated about it!
